Is Julysses Nobles JSU-bound?

It would appear so, judging by this interview the former Calloway High star had with FOX 40′s Travis Recek.

I just got off the phone with the Tigers coach Tevester Anderson, and he said Nobles had not signed nor was the player, to his knowledge, in the process of signing with JSU.

Still, Nobles seems pretty confident in the video. It would be quite the pickup for the Tigers.
